The rates that were provided at the time of my initial call were quickly increased just prior to our house closing. I felt like we were in a bind to stay with your company. A discount given to us regarding a higher down payment was not accepted by our bank, I feel that your adjusters should be more knowledgeable in regards to these aspects. Calls to add life insurance or other services are unacceptable, I assume calls are important when they come from your company and call back promptly.

The staff is great and very friendly, they always know me and within seconds seem to give me all I ask and really have a superior grasp on their customer service skills and go the extra yard for their customers.

I had trouble with my well due to act of nature and was told my insurance does not cover. I am not sure what homeowners insurance is for if it does not protect damages. Very disappointed and I still do not have water after nearly going on a year!! I was sent a copy of my policy and it tells what is covered but it does not say that this issue is not covered.

I came in Monday Jan26, 2015, I needed to pay a bill, when I left my car wouldn't start because I had left my lights on, I went back inside, you guys were closing and ready to leave, no one had jumper cables, but a man from your agency, don't know his name, asked me if it was a standard, I said yes, and he said I can get it started! And he came out in the cold, pushed it into the street, ran down the st pushing it and got it started!! He was such GREAT help! Thank you so much!!!

billing cycle seem erratic. Feel like more than 2 bills a year or payments are not credited in timely fashion
I purchased renters insurance from Allstate towards the end of 2014 and all was good until my partner purchased a new car (who is under my parents auto insurance policy with Allstate), and wanted to get his own insurance policy, however, Allstate felt the need to charge him upfront for the entire policy due to a minuscule violation in early 2014. Because of this, we were forced to switch to another company with a lower rate.
I always enjoy coming into your office, because if I have a question it get an answer.
