Overall good. It was a little bit difficult to put it all together as I was moving from California to Oregon and had to

to Oregon and had to coordinate with the rental office which was in a different location than the rental, but it all worked out fine as my sister was able to visit the Allstate office to pick up
the policy, etc. as she lives in North Plains. Rose (who has since retired) was awesome and
particularly helpful on the renewal as Princeton Management is so-so. The renewal had been
sent, but Princeton said they had never received it. Seems to be a problem with Princeton.
Setting up automatic monthly payments was very easy with Allstate.
