After witnessing a life-changing event in 2018, Beau Vincent felt compelled to leave corporate leadership and build something rooted in purpose, not just profit.

Beau grew up in Angola, Indiana before moving to Canton, Ohio during high school, shaping his Midwestern values and strong work ethic from an early age.

In 2019, he founded his Allstate Insurance Agency with a simple but powerful belief:
“We Love Insurance, But We Love People More!”

That same year, Beau purchased his first agency from Rich Brown in Stow, Ohio, officially launching his agency on October 1, 2019.

From there, the agency quickly expanded through strategic growth and acquisitions. Beau merged one office into the his location, followed by the acquisition and integration of another Allstate agency in Silverlake, Ohio.

Continuing that momentum, Beau Vincent acquired another agency in Hudson, Ohio, relocating its headquarters to his hometown and positioning the business for its next stage of growth.

Our Allstate Agency is a full-service agency providing home, auto, and business protection to individuals, families, and business owners across Ohio and Indiana, built on a commitment to serve people first, not policies.

I feel honored to be the first office manager of the agency and it’s my pleasure to help grow and retain the most dedicated agents I have seen in this business in years. I grew up and still live in Kent, OH where I raised two wonderful daughters and have been married for 15 years. In the summer we enjoy camping and have a house full of pets. Outside of work, Denise is deeply committed to her faith and community. She serves as a Teen Sunday School teacher, Youth leader, and is actively involved with Child Evangelism Fellowship, a non-profit organization where she sits on the board. Since 2009, Denise has passionately volunteered to teach children ages 5-8 about Jesus in the very public school she attended as a young student.

A true animal lover, Denise has a special place in her heart for dogs, especially her latest rescue, a Schnoodle named Dash. If you visit the office, don’t be surprised if you’re greeted by this friendly pup.

The challenge is, it is hard to reach a human. You have to go through AI first, which doesn't understand my NE, Ohio accent apparently. It doesn't ever accurately identify what help I need. Then I got passed around the last time I called to an out of the country call center, and then back to a U.S. call center, and they wanted the same information I had already entered 2X before, so I thought maybe I just need to drive to the insurance office to get a human who can answer my question. Denise is helpful. One lady who has answered the phone laughed at me when I used the wrong term for something. I preferred the prior staff, which Denise was a part of, and being able to reach a human or at least leave a voicemail v using AI which has yet to be correct for me.
