I feel I was led to believe my premiums would be a certain rate and after paying in full I was told I would be charged another $100+ . I don't like being penalized for not paying
by automatic bill pay. If I write a check and pay in full that should do the trick. If my check is proven to be no good that's another problem.
I feel there are too many mailings and little frivolous things that contribute to higher premiums. For instance I have at least ten mailings after my first payment.

Prices are expensive

You do a great job taking care of all our needs except one. I thank the Lord that He uses your company to help care for our insurance needs. The only trouble I continue to have is the bill tear off section is never sent to our home anymore. I would love to continue to pay by mail. I do not trust paying on line. Could you please send the tear off section and the return envelope so I can pay by mail?
