Sorting out the changes to the account and the payment on the phone was fine, but the email correspondence regarding our bill leaves something to be desired (caused a panic moment when the email suggested the bill had not been paid, with the confirmation email only coming AFTER another phone request). The latter feels automated... could use some attention from an actual human being.
