I feel like I've done business with Allstate for such a long time... 20+ years but since moving to Chicago from Nashville 8 years ago the prices are too high and personal support too lacking. My rates were supposed to have dropped a while back but I wasn't getting that information from Allatate so I've switched my car insurance and am presently looking at changing to another company all together. I am sad to say Allstate has become a great disappointment.

I originally came to Allstate many years ago because of the service and cost. Now I am being told by others that my cost is high for the three cars that I'm insuring. I am not surprised, because this is what usually happens. Customers are initially given a reasonable rate, and then as time passes it increases. I am currently searching the market for better rates.
So far, my experience with Allstate in Chicago through Elizabeth Jusino has been excellent -- timely and friendly service.

My experience has always been good. My agent is responsive and I have no complaints.
My agent and/or the claims department could have done a better job of communicating the entire claims process. Once the estimator came out and wrote a check, the towing company was ready to pick up my vehicle. I had no clue about alternatives, like keeping the vehicle, until after I signed over the title to the car. Communicating the process to your clients is important because it may be common knowledge for your employees who do this on a day to day basis, but is very foreign to your clientele.
In general I'm quite pleased with your agency. We have a number of policies with you and you've always communicated extremely well and been more than fair on any claims procedures we've had over, gosh, 20 years of dealing with George Gray and now you. I was a little disappointed that my name and address were listed incorrectly on the most recent policy (scheduled coverage on musical instruments and cameras). But typos happen and I'm sure that will be corrected quickly. Keep up the good work!
I have never experienced any problems or delays with service from Allstate or from this agency in the forty or so years that I have had auto, renter's and condo insurance through them.
I enjoyed it and was able to accomplish what I intended to during my visit.
When I was shopping for insurance, I looked for an office that picked up the phone. After calling 10 different places, I called yours and spoke to a human. Then, I received prompt, effective and straight-forward help. Everything is done in a timely manner and if I ever have a friend who needs insurance, I will definitely recommend you.

You're very difficult to contact, and you don't answer questions the first time they're asked, ever. I've never spoken with Elizabeth Jusino, only Marvin, and it usually takes at least two emails, or an email and a phone call to get an answer from Marvin about anything. My fiancee is using a different Allstate agency and I'm strongly considering moving my business to that agency.
