From an early age, while growing up in North Carolina, I’ve enjoyed helping people. That passion led me to open my agency here in 2007. Providing outstanding customer service in a community I love, while helping friends and neighbors learn how to choose the right coverage, is very rewarding.

Giving back to this community is important to me. I volunteer with Healing Transitions, Pretty in Pink, and Triangle Beagle Rescue.

As a North Carolina native, I know and love life here. I graduated from University of North Carolina at Charlotte. After graduating, I created a home for my family here in the Apex area.

When I’m not working, I love spending time with my husband, Brandon, and our three children, Hendrix, Banks, and Hayes. My family especially has fun with our three rescue dogs, Dowdy, Aldo, and Joppy. I also enjoy staying active by playing tennis, I also like watching football and going to the beach.

I am a North Carolina Native, born in Elizabeth City and moved down to the Cary area in 2004. I have gone to school and worked in the RDU area for most of my life and have always enjoyed NC! In my spare time I work out and participate in disciplines of martial arts such as Brazilian Jui-Jitsu, Kempo and Muay Thai while competing and teaching classes to the youth. If I am not doing that, I have loved to play guitar locally since I was a young child and preform in the local area.

I started my career in the insurance industry in late 2022 as a Customer Service Representative and became a Licensed Sales Producer in 2024. I was welcomed into the Jaclyn Lucas Allstate agency on September 6th, 2024 and have enjoyed the journey ever since. I went to Wake Technical Community College and graduated with an associates in sales and marketing which led to me choosing my career in the insurance industry!

Disappointed that I have to call in for unrelated question in order to find out that I could have been saving hundreds of dollars each policy cycle by making a minor change, not even having to change policy limits. This seems to be the standard operating procedure for Allstate as a whole but the fact that my local office doesn't proactively take these steps doesn't make me a loyal customer to the specific office.
