The person working there told me that I was insured, but it turned out that I wasn’t and I almost lost my insurance because of her not checking to make sure that I was insured thankfully, I insisted that she checked and finally she did and said oh no, you’re not insured well lucky for me I got insurance thank you.

The following day we received an update from the carrier regarding the payment, which we reviewed with you as soon as it appeared in the system. At no time was your policy without coverage.
