The Joe Schneider Agency isn't your typical insurance agency. Our foundation is twofold: to provide world class customer service and to give back to our community. Is it possible to accomplish both you may ask, absolutely. We are a team of 5 licensed agents and people buy into our culture. The customer is the sole focus and priority. This isn't about getting the sale it's about doing the right thing and helping customer with being properly covered. Every team member gets 3 days throughout the year where they are able to volunteer for the charity of their choice. We also give back through our referral program. Every business wants referrals, but people want to refer to us, because it gives them an opportunity to make a difference in our community as well. For every referral, we will make a $10 donation to the charity of your choice (and we will throw in a $10 gift card so you can have lunch on us). As a 19 year cancer survivor, Joe is involved with many local non-profits including the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Imerman Angels, and the LIVESTRONG Foundation. We are not your stereotypical insurance agency. We do not take ourselves too seriously and we love to have fun while we work. We realize that life is way too short and that we need to truly embrace every minute we have. We are a family.
