When a customers has a claim,it would be nice for you to call them. Kim would but you just do not the time since he did all the work.
loved it, however when i got a quote to add my 16 year old son it was an added 180 a month and that caused me to look around. I was able to get more coverage with my son at the same rate i was paying.
I'm no longer a customer, and would appreciate it if you'd remove me from all mailing lists and robo-calls.
Well to be honest with you a lot better. I know your relationship with Kim but always felt I was just a policy number with him. You have stayed more in touch.
As for recommending you , yes. Most of people I know are set with there ins. guy.
but any chance I would have I would tell them to talk to you at least.
I know Kim never showed as much interest in me as a customer. That was even before the problem I had with that claim. He could have done what you did.

We have had Allstate insurance for many years and have been very satisfied.
Dealing with you, your staff and your agency as a whole is great. Very professional and great (helpful, courteous, professional, etc...)to work with. It is working with your All State's corporate claim people that is not pleasant, not a good experience. It seems that their mandate or their job is to argue to get out of the claims. Maybe it is.
very personal service, quick responses to questions, friendly reminders and we really enjoyed the movie night out this year! It's nice to know our insurance needs are covered and in an emergency we would have support.

Could not provide an answer as to why it cost less to insure three motorcycles versus two motorcycles. I plan on finding a new insurance company that can provide answers to my questions in a timely fashion.
Service was always prompt and helpful.
You guys are great! Always there to help us out any all of our auto claims and out house claim. Always checking on us to make sure we are happy with our insurance coverage and do not need anything else.

My daughter was involved in an ******** over a week ago and we still don't know anything about her car. Took 3 days for anyone to come out and get her car from our house after the ********. So far, not real impressed.
Experience fine. Just don't anticipate being in a situation where insurance will be discussed.
After over thirty years it's great to know our home and family remain in "Good hands with Allstate".
