Right now I'm frustrated by the service we're getting. I've been a loyal customer for well over ten years and yet because I moved to a zip code that is more "high risk" my rates have shot up with very little assistance to help make the auto insurance policy more affordable. Giving us $35 off for having college degrees isn't a huge help overall. I just expect to get a little more personalized effort to help us out after all this time.

My last claim was handled quickly, efficiently and professionally. I was very satisfied.
Had motorcycle insurance since I got my bike in 98, never made a claim. The only bad experience I had was when I had my insurance about 4 years and got my renewal bill and my last name was mis-spelled on the bill. I called Allstate and said my name was mis-spelled and it was corrected, but the next month I got a new bill that reflected a $60 increase because I made a change to my policy - I was mad because I made no change to my policy, I just corrected my name spelling. I almost cancelled.

I have not had a claim so I cannot speak to that. Representatives have been helpful with questions. I really do not like getting charged for automatic payment - there is no other industry I am aware of that charges for automatic payment - especially when it makes things easier for you. After the first of the year, I am seriously considering switching to another insurance company that does not charge for automatic payment. Please a respond to my comments about automatic payment charges.
I remember my first and only claim more than 40 years ago, a flooded Kitchen was corrected with only one call . It does not get better than that!
I've stayed with Allstate because the premiums have always been far lower than quotes from other companies. Just got a voice mail from Marisa to see if I qualify for a better rate. Thanks!
No complaints. I especially appreciate being able to pay by phone with a credit card. Also, although I have no questions at this time I appreciate the occasional keeping in touch messages.
