I became an Allstate representative because I knew I wanted to help residents of the Salem community. My mother was an Allstate representative in Salem before being promoted to management, and I grew up in this community, graduating from Salem Community High School. I opened my agency in the community my mother once served in 1997. I also have a second agency in Effingham.
Outside of work, I enjoy staying involved in the community. I’m on the board of directors for the Salem YMCA, and I sponsor a local youth soccer and youth baseball team. Our community takes a lot of pride in our growing YMCA and wonderful youth baseball complex, so I'm proud to support both. I’m also a member of the Salem Chamber of Commerce and Effingham Chamber of Commerce.
I enjoy spending time with my husband, Doug, and my step-sons, Bryce and Brandon. We have a chocolate lab, Mollie, and a mean-spirited cat, aptly named Booger. On the weekends, you'll find us traveling, golfing or spending time on Carlyle Lake on our sailboat.
I’ve always enjoyed helping others and often find that customers don't have the coverage they need to protect what matters most to them. Our agency pride comes from helping customers find coverage that fits their specific needs. Customers are family at our agency, and our commitment goes beyond a transaction. Whether you're a motorcycle rider looking to protect your brand-new ride or a first-time homebuyer looking for home insurance, we can assist you. Stop by our office today and say hello!

Our team worked diligently to keep you informed throughout the process, including explaining the documentation requirements, the importance of submitting photos well before the deadline, and that additional time could be needed if underwriting requested more information.
An extension had already been granted, and unfortunately no additional extensions were available. When the requested photos were received just before the final deadline, we submitted them as quickly as possible. However, underwriting determined there was insufficient documentation to complete the review, and before additional information could be obtained or a response could be received, the policy reached its final deadline and was terminated.
While we understand this was a frustrating outcome, our staff followed the carrier's guidelines and did everything possible within the time available. We are committed to providing the best service we can and appreciate your feedback.
