The call center was way loud in the background to hear anyone so I asked to talk to a local rep. The person I spoke with
The call center was way loud in the background to hear anyone so I asked to talk to a local rep. The person I spoke with was fine but couldn’t see my account due to updates and kept over talking me. I’m waiting on her to call me back with answers but she said it might take two weeks to call after her vacation. I would have liked her to offer to have another rep call instead.
