Hooo boy. You really didn’t want to ask me for feedback on this one. Before switching her over to my insurance, I guess my Mom an unpaid balance of $59.24? Imagine my surprise when a Collections agency calls ME!. Now, I get it: “it’s a corporate thing”. Out of your hands. Just like you said.
However, a “10” response would’ve been “you know what, Mr. Bigelow? I can understand why you would feel insulted and we’ll fix this - you don’t have to worry about a thing”.
I’m not expecting a “10” response. I was just expecting more than “well we sent the bill on these dates?”.
And I fixed the problem myself by paying the bill for my Mom (because I REALLY don’t like getting Collections calls, even if it’s not my bill). Tell me, was the $59.24 worth it? That’s why this review is a 1, not a 0. After all, “it’s a corporate thing”, like your agent said. Out of your hands.
