You do not answer your phone and I have tried several times and also do not return emails I wrote to you. My concern also is several months ago you was supposed to of lowered my insurance by around $25.00 per mmonth and what has happened it went up by $4.00 per month. I do not think it takes six months to change the policy. Actually unless you have a good answer I will change companies or at least another agent.................

I was dissatisfied with the young lady’s lack of helpful customer service. I explained to her that I tried to make a change to my coverage online but was having trouble traversing your website. She kept referring to “do you have the ap?” I repeatably told her I needed her to walk me through the process and that I was not as technologically adept as her, yet she did not attempt to politely help me. I gave her the info I wanted to change , which she did take. I received an email verifying the change, but again I was unable to successfully sign the forms. I called again, and again she mentioned “the app”. I again asked her to walk me through the it, but she told me she didn’t know what I was looking at therefore she couldn’t help. Her attitude was not very friendly or understanding and I gave up and told her I’d call my agent instead. Unfortunately, when I called my agent, she answered the phone. Feeling exasperated, I gave up. After 30 minutes of trying to click on the right section of your email to sign the document, I was finally successful. I believe this young lady could benefit from a lesson in proper customer service and learn how to help seniors like myself.
