Initially, I was glad to speak with an individual.knowledgeable, patient & came across as trustworthy until my checking account alerted me to the withdrawal of my 6-month payment 11days earlier than we discussed. My previous insurance was due on the 9th of October & I had ‘specifically” asked that my withdrawal for Allstate quote to be on that same day. I am disappointed & do not trust that individual & I will be seeking another auto insurance once me 6 months are up.
