We have a boat insurance with you. A few months back Meredith Smith office called us. Said the underwriter was no longer doing that policy so they needed to set up a new one. I said ok no problem. We had paid for one year and had it used it for 6 months. We waited for a refund on months not used. Now, we are told if we cancel no refund. We didn't cancel you did!
