I'm very satisfied with the service I've received from Allstate/Eric's team for my renter's insurance. In the past, I've also had my personal umbrella and auto insurance with them. While I previously canceled my auto policy due to cost, I'm strongly considering switching back. The team, particularly Ruby, has consistently been responsive and helpful, often replying within 24 hours, even on weekends. Their proactive communication via email and phone calls is greatly appreciated. Despite the significant cost difference (4x) compared to Tesla insurance, I believe the exceptional service provided by Allstate/Eric's team makes it a worthwhile investment.
