My basic problem with any insurance agency at this point is communications or the lack there of. This is compounded by work at home agents versus work from office. Covid-19 had changed the way everyone does business and it is not for the better when it comes to the customer. On the thought of working from home, why maintain an office and pay for rent, utilities, etc. when you're not going to be there? Just set your home up as a business office for tax purposes and get out there to visit your customers paying attention to mileage.

It was not a good one #1. You only use 1 rental service (Enterprise) I have not been able to work with them so I lost out on some funds thru rental. I had to go with another rental and I paid over a (1,***.00) out of pocket on rental and I only received (***.00) pay back because the insurance stated from the time I total my car until I was able to get a rental which was after the seven day allotment of the lost of my car. They only reimbursement the ***.00. It did not sit well with me, I am just buying my time at the moment before I switch to another company.
