Miss-led about premiums. No real concern for my questioning their problem. My rate was increased after I sent pictures of my home. I was invoiced 3 months after starting the policy and Mr. Jones rudely replied that he should have called me earlier. Their rates were quoted by their computer and did not reflect things like roof pitch and other factors that my pictures showed. I am a home builder and know that their replacement cost is way over what my house could be rebuilt for, The "Good hands" clearly don't know care about how they look any more.
