I am not impressed at all. I have been with several companies and Allstate is not the best. Customer service is awful. I just hope I don’t ever have to do a claim. I would not want to have to communicate with Allstate agents. I am already looking to switch. The original girl that signed us up put all our info in wrong. We had to call back and redo it. She was having a party and had no interest in helping us. I called in to ask if I could use a local place as my agent they said no I had to call the customer service so I called them and they didn’t seem to know what they are doing. Allstate is well know but a train wreck! I’d love to hear from someone that knows anything at all. .
