My experience with Paul has not been a positive one. I have never actually spoken to Paul, and when I've emailed him with questions or concerns, I have been answered by someone else.
I emailed my contact person to change my coverage, she responded right away and was helpful. The changes have not been made four months after I made the request.
Paul's office came highly recommended to me, and our contact person, Matt, was wonderful. He is no longer working with Paul, and I had no idea until I tried to call him and the number was disconnected.
I am currently looking for a new insurance ******.
