First rep i spoke with had no clue what was happening. Thank GOD i suspended my payment when i did or else i would have continued to be charged for the bounced payment.

Zero out of ten. Can never speak to anyone other than the receptionist. Rate has increased dramatically every renewal even though we have never had a single claim and they have all of our insurance coverage - house, autos, motorcycle, boat. The only way we have been able to reduce the premiums is to reduce the coverage. Terrible.
