My name is Lori Collinsworth, and I have been a resident of Andalusia, Alabama, since 2006. I commenced my career with a local Allstate agent in 2009. Within approximately six months, I transitioned to a licensed sales producer within the Allstate Financial Service division, responsible for life, retirement, and business benefits.
In October 2016, I was presented with the opportunity to acquire an agency. Subsequently, through a series of attainments, certifications, and licenses, I accepted the offer and officially opened my own Allstate Insurance Agency on March 1, 2017.
Within five years, I had been fortunate to have established a successful agency. Therefore, in June 2022, I expanded my operations by acquiring my second agency, making me an Allstate Agent in Covington County.
My agency boasts a highly trained staff of licensed agents who are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. We are committed to helping customers about insurance products and seeing their protection and the well-being of their families through the most suitable and cost-effective insurance solutions available.

I am very sorry that you feel that way. However, if this is due to the rates, my office does not have anything to do with those particular issues. We do have a New Auto policy that was rolled out by Allstate towards the end of September, that we could have tried to transfer you over to in order to see if premiums were any better, because the new product seems to be more competitively priced.
