I have been with Allstate for 16 years. I would like to continue with Allstate, but a recent data entry mistake on Allstates part has caused my auto insurance premium to double. The mistake is so egregious but it can’t be corrected, plus I have to wait for 3 billing cycles to get it corrected, hopefully. My premium is already high enough after checking other insurance companies, this makes the error even worse. Not happy.
