Called the agency Friday at closing time to request a Letter of Experience. Was told it could possibly be sent on Saturday but for sure on Tuesday after the Memorial Day holiday. Unfortunately I had to again contact the agency Tuesday as the letter was not sent. I had a very difficult time getting through to an agent, having to go through AI or automated answering system that I found impossible to make my request. I finally was able to get the letter issued. I was disappointed in the whole procedure. Your agency needs to do better.
