Claims process has been unnecessarily drawn out, over 60 days ago tree struck my house every day the damage goes unresolved it is exposed to the elements creating risk for further damages I will hold Allstate responsible for. Awful communication. Now Allstate getting into arguments with my contractors which is delaying work and making this even worse. Absolutely horrible experience.
