Helpful with trying to get the Flood insurance claims manage. But As yet no financial has come through other than the first payment. My contractor has submitted all items needed but I have not heard anything back. The 90 days are gone. It makes no sense that water entering a house through the ground that is there because of flooding water above the ground. If there had been no river flood then there would not been high water table causing the water to enter the basement. Please clarify why that is the reason for denial of help when you pay for many years of premiums. One should get help.
