During the many years we have had Allstate home insurance (26 or 27 years) we've always paid our premiums on time. I believe that we have filed only two claims. Both claims we filed in all those years were denied by Allstate Insurance. As a result, my rating of "4" is generous. Allstate has only received a 4 because the agents I've spoken with at the Lisa Feldman Agency have always been friendly, professional, and as helpful as possible given the lack of support that the Allstate Insurance parent company provides.
