I called for information on my car insurance and got an AI type BS that could not get me to an agent. BUT what I finally

I called for information on my car insurance and got an AI type BS that could not get me to an agent. BUT what I finally got was what sounded like an over seas type answering service who could not answer my question. I asked another person who came on the line about why my premium went up. She stated it was simply normal and could not give me a reason, even though I had no claims or accidents or tickets, nor have I ever been cancelled. I am not a happy customer.

I moved over to Allstate to save money in my 8 vehicles and it has not been a good experience everybody is nice when the policy was written there were lots of mistakes when I noticed the mistakes I called in the customer service was terrible making me call my Direct Agent and that still wasn’t corrected right shortly after that I had a Windsheild claim only to find that they did not add Glass coverage to my policy and we had to go back to the audio to verify that for it
