I didn’t like that there was questions asked that were answered incorrectly. The customer should know what the coverage is and what doesn’t cover. I thought I was in good hands but almost made the mistake to have renters insurance on depreciation value and not current value. I also feel your auto insurance policy on deposits and cancellation is ludicrous
