What I value most about my role is the ability to truly be there for others, especially on what can often be one of the worst days of their lives. Filing a claim is rarely something people are prepared for, and in those moments, I strive to provide steady guidance, reassurance, and exceptional service so customers know everything is going to be okay. My goal is to help restore not just their property, but their peace of mind, working to put them back where they were before the loss ever happened.
I believe insurance should feel personal, not transactional. That’s why I focus on building genuine relationships with the people we serve, combining professionalism with empathy to create an experience rooted in trust and care.
Outside the office, I’m a huge lover of music, horror novels, and comic books. I enjoy tackling home improvement projects and spending as much time outdoors as possible, especially kayaking when the weather cooperates. I also hold three degrees, including a Bachelor’s in Psychology, which helps shape my understanding of people and strengthens the way I support both customers and colleagues. At home, you’ll find me alongside my fluffy ragdoll cat, Bellatrix.
Whether it’s with coworkers or customers, I like to bring a sense of fun and humor into each day. A positive atmosphere can make all the difference, and I believe a warm smile or a well-timed laugh can turn even a stressful situation into one that feels manageable.
