I notified your agency that I was no longer driving and had sold my vehicle, thus wanting to cancel the insurance policy

I notified your agency that I was no longer driving and had sold my vehicle, thus wanting to cancel the insurance policy. Since that day I have recieved 4 notices that my policy had not been paid and would be cancelled. Since this type of "failure to pay a bill" can and will affect a persons credit rating I was forced to notify your agency once again. I have not recieved a letter from Allstate stating that " INSURED HAS CANCELLED THEIR POLICY". Once again on January 5th I recieved a notice stating "outstanding balance"---"policy will cancel on January 6th". How hard is it to simply send a notice stating that I have requested the policy be cancelled without the implied threat of cancellation??????

I backdated the termination of your policy and emailed you on 12/29/25 letting you know it had been taken care of and that you had a zero balance. I apologize for any confusion. The emails/letters you are receiving from Allstate were mailed out earlier and they are not reflective of what was in our system. Your credit in no way will be affected by this.
