I'm really sorry to see this review due to miscommunication. We appreciate your business and value you as our customer. We have always been very responsive to every customer inquiry. And, upon review, we actually had responded to and answered your defensive driving course question via your 11:25am Friday morning email at 11:35am directly to you, Zhenni, only 10 minutes later. You also responded at 1:20pm that day thanking us for our response via email.
Our staff did not respond directly to any CC'ed recipients on the email of which one of them was your husband, Wenchao. Unfortunately, I can only assume that the answer you received on Friday was not relayed over the weekend days regarding the question being asked. This ultimately led to early Monday morning when Wenchao placed this poor review for our agency as being unresponsive, which is evidently untrue. This review was posted and hadn't even a full 24 business hours to respond even though we didn't need it. I even spoke with Wenchao that Monday morning shortly after his post and indicated to him that we had already responded to his question and was wondering why he had given us a Zero-star review of which he seemed apologetic. Again, we deeply value your business and always strive to provide you with the best service and recommendations.
