That became unsustainable and unacceptable .

I am happy with the personnel but very unhappy with the fact that my auto premiums continually see noticeable increases in spite of the agent saying that the increases would slow down and no claims being submitted by my wife and myself. I wish my income increased at the same % that your rates increase. Very unhappy with Allstate relative to auto insurance rates.
