I have been an Allstate customer for years. I have always found them to have excellent service, wether it is by phone or in person. Allstate is quick and efficient in answering any questions I might have. When other family members have been in unfortunate situations, Allstate has been there to remedy the problems, anything from flat tires to tows and absolute horrific times when loved ones have been in traumatizing accidents, where all vehicles were a total loss, Allstate stepped up and took the reins, which was a complete comfort. Again, Allstate is a great company, with integrity. It is always there for their customers. I will always be an Allstate customer. There is not a better insurance company out there. Thank you.
