I've called San Antonio home since 2010 and I love how important family values are here. It's the best mix of having a "small-town feel" with the living of a big city, especially because I am a mom myself. My daughter attends Churchill High School and is on the debate team, where we get to travel around country to big universities. She's part of the National Honors Society and the Hispanic Honor Society.
I'm also a big dog person. I enjoy taking our office mascot, Bello (he's a Yorkie), on walks in the neighborhoods. Outside of that, I like to do hot yoga in my free time, as well as socializing with my friends. There's so many great places to eat downtown (along the River Walk, the farmers' market, etc.). I'm a big fan of music, so I try to go to lots of local concerts/shows. I've always been a huge fan of the Spurs! I try to go to games with my daughter or my friends as often as I can.
To give back locally, I do 5K runs for non-profit charities that support good, local causes. I'm also a big supporter of the Bexar County Family Justice Center. They do a lot of education and provide help to victims of domestic violence. Helping people with understanding about getting the right protection is what I enjoy most about being in insurance. So many people are naive about gaps in their coverage and it's important to help do my part in the community. I have a great staff, who are my rock stars and they're here to serve you! Give our office a call or stop in to get a review of your coverage. Spanish speakers are welcome!
