Nothing wrong that would be exclusive to your agency but I knocked off two points for the practice of offering low rates to new customers and then loading price increases on loyal customers... I could get low introductory rates from a dozen companies but two years later the payments would jump... That is just the way it works. I am sticking with you because the service has been exceptional. I have friends who change insurance companies every two years and they keep telling me how much money I could save... I am just too old to play that game.
