I cannot find the words to express to a company that only contacts you for payment. Always wants me to review my policy to see how I can save on insurance. I was under the impression that was their job to look out for me as a CUSTOMER to save me money on polices. Years and years of loyalty from me with "NO" claims continues to get me nothing but emails asking me to pay and HIGH PRICES.

The claims process through the app was easy. However, we were later notified that our homeowners policy will not be renewed due to two water claims in one year. Before filing the second, smaller claim, we asked whether we should proceed and were advised to do so, without being warned that it could affect our renewal. Very disappointed with Allstate for their lack of communication on this.
