I didn't receive much help when I wanted assistance with claim from damage from a bathroom leak. Also called in information about adding new car to policy. The representative my son spoke to took information but seemingly never added it to the account or my profile/folder. So we had to speak to different telephone representative that same day to give same information. It took close to 45 minutes each call to give same information. The coverage is too high.
