Tanisha provided excellent customer service during and after enrollment. Unfortunately, my experience with the company’s app and payment system was extremely frustrating from the beginning, and the issues were never resolved by the agency.

The first time I attempted to pay online, the app failed to connect with my bank and incorrectly reported an NSF to the agency, even though sufficient funds were available. When I called for assistance, I was instructed to repeat the same steps, which resulted in another false NSF report. This became an ongoing monthly issue.

Last month, when I called to make a payment, I was told the system would no longer accept my payments because of the repeated NSF reports caused by the app errors. After months of asking for help without resolution, I decided to cancel my auto insurance policy and switch to another company.

While Tanisha was professional and helpful, I am disappointed that management and ownership never stepped in to resolve the issue. I would not recommend this company. There are other insurance providers that value customer service and operational excellence, and I encourage others to consider those options.
