I feel like just “ a number” in the agent’s book of business. I would not know my agent if he crossed my path. What happened to customer service? I used to an agent who personally called me once a year, checks my policies, and makes certain my coverages were correct. I should have a jewelery and fine arts polry, but was never approached by my agent. As seniors, my husband and I drive lesson 50 miles a week that’s never even been brought up by this agent to lower our insurance costs on our car. Obviously I will be shopping for my insurance elsewhere.

Our team has reached out several times over the past year to schedule a policy review, which is where we discuss things like mileage changes and jewelry or fine arts coverage. We offer online scheduling to make those reviews easy, but unfortunately we weren’t able to connect.

Our office is a local team of 10 who work hard every day for our customers, and you’re never just a number to us. If you’re open to it, I’d still be happy to personally review your policies with you.
