I kept getting the run around. I could not get a bundle package. I am a new Homeowner and have gone through too many issues. I needed again a bundle package and got referred to National General. From the beginning, I stated what I needed then and what I would need in the near future at that time.
You text message/emailed documents when someone should have been on the phone (Not Ai) to be unspoken answering my questions.
I have a Heartbeat Recordings dont. If I was in good hands with allstate,then you should have extended those hands and did more. I had to keep calling. I NOT WANT TO BE SHIPPED OFF TO ANOTHER COMPANY.DIDcompany.
