My husband and I moved to Eugene in 2015 to be closer to my children, who already lived here. Family is very important to us, so after 21 years representing Allstate in Newport, Oregon, we relocated and I opened the Candice Hook’s Allstate Agency on W 11th St. in Eugene. We’re proud to specialize in auto, home, life and business insurance.

Part of being a valuable member of Eugene is showing our support by giving back to the community. I stay active in numerous organizations. I’m on the Donor Relations Committee for Womenspace, an organization providing safety, hope and healing to survivors of domestic violence. I’m also an active member of Business Network International’s Eugene chapter, and we’re a member of the Eugene Area Chamber of Commerce.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband, children and grandchildren. I also enjoy visiting with my parents in Seattle and going to a Mariners game when we can. Some of our favorite activities include watching baseball or Oregon Ducks football. We also love a day at the Oregon coast whale watching or just walking on the beach followed by a nice dinner. A beautiful walk on one of the many trails along the Willamette River is also fun.
