I prefer our family-oriented community, where my husband Andy and I can raise our two daughters. A decade ago, I needed an opportunity that had the flexibility and allowed me to be independent, being a mother of two. I did my research and chose Allstate. Since 2006, I’ve been proud to be an agency owner right here in Fontana.

Our family enjoys going to the Victoria Gardens outdoor mall in the summer and we try to catch local parades like the Winter Wonderland in December, along with a few outdoor activities in the park. As for me—I like to stay active/work-out. I’m an avid walker and I love local trails like Jurupa Hills North Trail & North Etiwanda Preserve with that beautiful waterfall at the end. If I have time for TV, I’m a sucker for British period dramas and crime shows.

As a local business owner, my husband and I believe in supporting and giving back to our community. Our two girls currently go to Etiwanda High School (go Eagles)—we donate to the Youth Mentoring Network (YMAN), Science Olympiad, the volleyball team and more. We have also donated to the Fontana High School soccer team. I go to events to meet and network with other small business owners in our booming town and love to connect with community members via social media as well.

The best part of my job is the customers. I really enjoy building relationships and getting to know people. It’s a great feeling to help someone, regardless of the need, and it reflects when customers treat us like we’re part of their family. Following up with you by phone to see what may be needed, you indicated you did not speak with CSR, nor make an online review. However, you are always more than welcome to call us directly at the office at (909) 357-6700 during business hours to discuss your policies.

Also, for FYI, Alstate. along with many insurance companies, recently increased the rate because the cost of insurance (parts, labor, inflation, ect..) and the overall cost to do business has gone up. The Dept of Insurance also required Allstate to change their billing as they said we are discriminating between automatic payments which only required one month's prepayment to renew/start versus paper billing which required two months' prepayment. These changes have been extremely disruptive. So, if you wish to review your policies at a later date, please dont' hesitate to give me a call at (909) 357-6700 during business hours.

Hi Charlita,
Allstate and many insurance companies recently increased their rates because the cost of insurance (parts, labor, inflation, etc....) and the cost to do business has gone up.

In addition, we were also required to collect 20% of the premium for monthly payments, which has been extremely challenging. Collecting payments over 5 months that cover the 6-month policy, so less time is given to pay for the policy.

I am so sorry the policy review was not to your satisfaction. If you wish to proceed with the recommended options, please don't hesitate to let us know.
