Never had the time to speak to Charles on the phone or in person. They transfer my policy over to him after my agent retired. Charles never called to introduce himself as my new agent. They just continue withdrawing money out of my account. This is so unprofessional. Going to take my business elsewhere. Disappointed of this situation.

Mr. Noonan never responded as to whether he received my payment or not. The dates I made these calls 1/10/23 1/23/23 1/24/23. Til this day I haven't heard from him, so I paid my bill at another office. I will not do business with Mr. Charles Noonan he is not professional or caring.
