I had a very good conversation with lia Johnson wo quoted me for a rate I could afford,made two payments and then for some reason Allstate removed one of my cars and raised my monthly rate . It took me almost 2 month to figure out what happen nobody was able to figure it out at the end all they could say "I am sorry " we cant find the quote you started out with . Very dissapointed
