Not very good. I’m probably going to switch insurance. I have payed my insurance every year. And never filed a claim. But when I was needed the help it was a fight the entire time. If it wasn’t for my contractor and his help I would have never gotten any help. I was helped through the process by him to understand how things work and the rules because I have never filed a claim before. I got no help at all from Allstate. In fact it felt like I was getting taken advantage of.nothing
