I have been in the Lafayette community since 1973 and am proud of all it has to offer. I truly enjoy its emphasis on faith, family, friends and local business owners. I try to stay involved with the Boys and Girls Club of Acadiana and Delta Waterfowl as much as I can. I’m also an STM Alumni and Sponsor. I also am passionate about the Miles Perret Cancer Center and Pancreatic Cancer Action Network (PanCAN) because I lost both my father and classmate friend to pancreatic cancer. Being supportive of all these organizations is important to me, especially being a small business owner myself.

In my spare time, you can find me fishing, hunting or at the local gym. I also enjoy Cajun and Tiger sports and rooting on the New Orleans Saints. I’m a huge fan! My beautiful wife, Candace, and I have a son named Cohen. We’re also devoted animal lovers. We have two labs (Decker & Jett) and a cat named Bandit who all live indoors with us. You can say they’re all a tad spoiled (Cohen included).

On April 1, 2020, I celebrated 20 years of owning the agency. I’m proud to have 25 years agency experience under my belt as well. I truly love being able to guide and inform people on how to protect what they have worked so long and hard to build. My agency considers customers and the community, our passion and we feel it is our priority to serve them. We also measure success by customers’ satisfaction and it means the world to us when they’re happy. I always try to follow a process not for the outcome, but because it is the right thing to do – and that applies to all areas of life. It is difficult at times, but it makes life so much more important. I also want to share that I am only as good as the people I surround myself with and I have always believed that my licensed staff are a blessing.
