I have little or no contact with the agency. I do receive the occasional email reminder that the renters' insurance payment is due or that we have received payment. My son is the owner of the home and car insurance policies, so he receives the emails and or inquiries.
Allstate is a good company, and I would recommend it to others were they to ask.
